Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If you're not, we will happily accept a return for refund or exchange and cover the cost of return shipping, subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition; unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Provided items match the above conditions all purchases are eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered.
- Gift cards may not be returned.
- Cost of return shipping will not be covered for international orders.

Processing of your return
Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality review. Once this is cleared, your refund (excluding original shipping fee) will be processed.
We aim to process all returns as soon as they are received. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be completed.
